How can I refund my order?
If you need a refund, please reply to your invoice. Note that you are only eligible for a refund if you are not using a discount code at checkout.
Can I exchange my order?
Each item is custom-created on-demand when an order is placed, and thus cannot be returned or exchanged. If you would like a replacement item in a different size or color, please submit a new order. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will provide a replacement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order should be created, fulfilled, and delivered within 7-10 business days. Note: Holidays may delay the shipment more than the usual 7-10 business days.
Can I customize the design?
Not at the moment.
What about International orders?
We ship internationally! Shipping rates will apply.
